| INFORMATION |
This class started in January 2007, it began as there was a demand for a female class taught by a female. This suits those who don't have time to do a Martial Arts Style, but are after fitness and knowledge of Self Defence for women in todays society. As well as those keen Martial Artists wanting to broaden their learning. Because Marika is concerned about the teens of today and wants to give back to the community, she offers these classes for teens (12 - 17yrs) FREE. All ages are welcome, but females only. |
