Head Instructor Sensei Marco Rechichi - 1st Dan Zen Bu Kan Kempo Karate, 1st Dan Ju Jiutsu (ASJJ), 1st Dan Bunbu Ichi Nihon Ju Jitsu, Level 2 Accredited Coach, First Aid and CPR Cert holder.

| INFORMATION |
Over 30 years experience in martial arts, experience in teaching young children, women self defence and security. The club is based on learning co-ordination, memory, self esteem and balance training for the junior sector through martial arts techniques. The senior section is based on both self defence and competition training in kickboxing, ju-jiutsu and modern mixed martial arts. A POSITIVE WAY OF LIFE attitude is applied in our teaching and learning, all done with an OPEN MIND. 1st Lesson FREE, so come along and enjoy a world recognised style. |
